Refund & Return Policy – The Sutors

At The Sutors, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or wrong size, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be sent to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
